Continuing on from our series of FAQ’s about our Datacentre Facility and Co-location Services……here are our latest questions:
What if my equipment is not rack mountable?
Answer: You can still install your equipment in the racks, though it’s not as efficient on space as rack mount equipment. For example: for a desktop tower computer to be put in the rack it would take 6RU of space when laying on the side or 10RU when standing.
Can I freight my equipment to you and have installed?
Answer: Yes – After your service has been setup, arrange to have the freight sent to the Datacentre, once sent let us know the expected delivery date.
Is onsite technical support available after hours if I have a problem?
Answer: Business hours are 9am-3pm Monday to Friday. Remote Hands support is available 24 hours a day. Fee’s apply. After hours response time is between 30-90 minutes.
