When you are ready to move from your current location and won’t require our Internet services anymore, we will need to confirm your details as part of the disconnection request.
The Form below collects information to confirm the identity of the account holder. It is then forwarded to our Accounts administration team for final approval. If there are any outstanding invoices they will require payment before the proceeding. If all amounts are paid in full the Network operations team is sent a request to close the account connection and send confirmation to the customer.
The processing time is around 1 - 3 business hours (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm, excl. public holidays).
